The Digital Marketing Intern at Operio Group will be responsible for supporting our marketing department to assist in content creation, brand building, event management, and communication campaigns.

*This is an unpaid internship but will offer college credit for completion*

Job Responsibilities

• Achieving the business goal of elevating the awareness of our brand’s campaigns, promotions, and overall company story
• Working alongside the marketing team and cross-functional departments, on various projects, developing and enhancing industry knowledge, marketing interests, skill, and organizational experience
• Copywriting to support digital and print marketing - includes video, social media, email, website marketing, direct mail, newspaper inserts, brand collateral and signage, as assigned
• Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system management support; assisting with the marketing initiatives and programs through campaign production, execution, optimization, and campaign asset creation
• Ensure CRM campaigns are successfully executed, tested and optimized to support our aggressively growing Creator Commerce business
• Customer Feedback & Review management program
• Design social media campaigns
• Perform graphic design work with a focus on marketing materials
• Perform product manual modifications
• Pitch story ideas to print, broadcast and digital media
• Work with team to monitor social media platforms for industry news, trends, ideas, and content feedback
• Assist in preparing and planning for trade shows and office events
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

About You

• This internship is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• Willingness to learn business and marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Must have great time management skills in order to multitask and handle competing priorities
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude
