Sales Representative - Part time

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to help us drive and generate sales in our UK office.
The ideal team member to join us will be a friendly and driven individual motivated to hit targets and grow. We are looking for someone who is always striving to better themselves. If you have never heard of the type of products we sell, that's fine! We are happy to train the right person. You will need to be ready for a hands-on challenge and keen to learn new things.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding and engaging with current and prospective customers through inbound calls and emails.
- Respond to quote requests and inquiries to qualify customers both on the phone and email.
- Conduct customer discovery meetings and calls to advise and effectively communicate the value of our products and how they can benefit them.
- Collaborating in overseeing the sales pipeline for active deals/opportunities, taking initiative to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Creating value propositions for customers through product knowledge.
- Closing sales after a successful sales process and continuing the relationship afterwards.
- Supporting LFA marketing efforts through identifying customers and prospects to nurture.
- Work defined leads lists to qualify potential new customers.
- Working extensively in LFA’s CRM and document all daily activities, deals and customer interactions there.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales over the phone and email.
- Previous CRM experience (Hubspot is a plus)
- Quick learner who is ready to be hands-on to better understand out products and always keep learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Great time management.
- Great listening skills and high integrity.
- (Market knowledge is a plus.)
Pay: £26,000 - 32,000 salary (pro rata) based on your education, skills, and experience. Plus a quarterly bonus based on KPIs met.
