Customer Service Representative
Are you looking for a team that cares about you?
We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable team member that has excellent communication skills over email and phone. You will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their interactions with LFA Machines. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues that customers may have.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the sales department to provide quality after-sales support.
- Handling paperwork for orders and book deliveries communicating with Goods In/Out to ensure a speedy dispatch.
- Communicate with Goods In/Out to organize spare and replacement parts to be ordered from the suppliers and sent out to customers.
- Answering telephone calls and emails that might include technical issues, questions, or complaints.
- Logging calls in the CRM and following up with customers regarding their requests.
- Communicating with the Customer Support Manager and the rest of the team to keep them informed of current customer requirements.
- Working with LFA Technicians to problem solve and support customers post sale.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills via email and phone.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Possess the capacity to grasp complex technical knowledge regarding our machines.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- The ability to be calm, patient, and polite when understanding customers' needs.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) is a plus.
- Approachable and trustworthy.
Pay: The hourly range is between $17-20/hr based on your education, skills, and experience.
