Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 plus OTE.
This position is on site with up to 75% travel within the UK and Europe.

Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent technical support onsite and over the phone/virtually for our vast portfolio of products.
Excel at providing services, such as installation, training, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Conduct hands-on training for customers that covers safety, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on a range of machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to reduce downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
Document service calls and repairs thoroughly in internal systems to maintain a clear service history.
Manage parts inventory and service tools ensuring readiness for travel and on-site repairs.
Coordinate service schedule with the support team and customers providing service dates and updates.
Internally assist with product testing and validation, operating machinery, identifying potential issues, and coordinating with the engineering or quality teams as needed.
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on field experience to help improve equipment design, user experience, and documentation.
Assist in developing technical documentation including training manuals, troubleshooting guides, and internal service procedures.
Strengthen customer relationships consistently, and identify equipment upgrade opportunities communicating sales leads to support business expansion.
Job Requirements
5+ years in a similar role delivering high-quality customer experience with strong communication skills, involving electromechanical machinery or production equipment.
Degree/diploma in related technical field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance…) or equivalent practical experience.
National travel up to 75%. International travel may be required (passport needed).
Must hold valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, control and electrical systems (ex: PLCs, HMIs) to diagnose and resolve related issues.
Problem solver who is adaptable, capable to work independently, and highly organized to prioritize own work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform work involving kneeling, bending, or climbing.
Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing sectors.
