The ideal candidate will provide excellent support for customers and team members throughout the cycle, including after-care.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials. Responsibilities typically include processing new purchase orders to vendors, scheduling shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery on both customer shipments and purchased items. Additionally, this role will work with our vendors, transportation companies, and internal teams to manage the logistics process effectively.
You will also be responsible for reviewing warehouse inventories, managing spare parts, and aligning equipment receipts and maintaining daily communication with other locations.
This is a Full Time, Non-Exempt position, on-site at our McKeesport, PA Location. No hybrid options for this role.
Travel: Approximately 10-15% to our other facilities in Philadelphia, PA, and Louisville, KY.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping/export documents.
Assist in processing customer quotes, orders, invoices, and shipping/export documents.
Track orders to ensure accurate quantities and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and carriers to resolve delays or missing shipments.
Assist in resolving issues and customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
Oversee domestic and international shipping for spare parts and full tablet press units, including coordinating shipments from India and Japan.
Review remote inventories to guide purchasing, master scheduling, and customer updates.
Generate and manage purchase orders for software licenses, office supplies, and specialized tablet press components, including electrical, mechanical, and custom-machined parts.
Navigate technical press documentation to accurately identify and source required parts.
Process and receive incoming items into the ERP system and coordinate downstream deliveries to customers and partners.
Ensure quality standards, continuous improvement, and perform other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
2+ years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledgeable working with Google sheets/docs.
Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
Effective time-management and organizational skills.
Prior ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
Foundational knowledge in international logistics (freight forwarding, customs processes, tariffs, duties, and bills of lading.)
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings required to effectively source and identify parts.
Must recurrently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Hourly Rate - $24 - $29 depending on experience.
